Why Raincatcher?
Raincatcher’s aim is simple – to improve living conditions in Tanzania by providing clean drinking water.
We’re called Raincatcher because that’s what we do – we catch the rain in the rainy season and store it for use in the dry season. It’s a simple and elegant solution to a basic yet devestating problem.
All of our projects benefit people who have a desperate need for improved water supply. Old people’s homes, orphanages, rural schools and leprosy colonies have all benefited from Raincatcher projects.
Below is the Raincatcher blog. Here you’ll find up to date news about our activities. Please share your thoughts about what we do by leaving a comment. We’d love to know what you think. Thanks
